The production process can be summarised in the current use of the following machine park.
Our machine park includes a modern TRUMPF laser cutting machine that combines the advantages of high speed with the advantages of an integrated loading and unloading station, with a working range of 3000 mm x 1500.
The use of this machine makes it possible to machine construction steel with a thickness of up to 12 mm and stainless steel up to 6 mm.
The complete mastery and control of company processes guarantees an excellent high-quality service that represents a point of reference for our customers.
BLANKING AND PRESS-FORGING
The company has numerous presses with a capacities ranging between 5 T and 120 T, which are able to press-forge (manually or automatically using electronic feeders) strips of various materials up to a thickness of 3 mm.
This type of machining is similar to the cold treatment of iron, stainless steel and aluminium sheet.
Metal blanking and press-forging are particular machining processes that require precision and experience that, when combined with complete adherence to the design as well as with machining flexibility, make it possible to obtain a wide range of shapes.
The production process becomes more independent thanks to the use of a robotised MIG welding island that, together with experience and artisan precision, makes it possible to offer a complete range of high performance solutions.
Thanks to the surprising speed of the axes, the cycle times can be reduced by 15%, resulting in a relative increase in productivity and high performance. The company has two manual MIG and TIG welding stations as well as different spot welders with power ranging from 10 to 150 KW.
ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING
The production cycle at Gobbo A. & Dal Ben G. ends with the possibility of providing a product that is complete with all surface treatments (galvanizing, painting and cataphoresis).
The company has in fact a dedicated department for assembly, testing and packaging according to customer requirements.
